Megan Dutson

As General Manager of Corporate Operations at Onset, Megan Dutson partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategy, improve efficiency, and deliver key initiatives. Serving as a central point of coordination, she drives clear communication, accountability, and cohesion across the organization.

Before moving into corporate operations, Dutson spent 15 years in the fitness industry, managing multiple facilities and leading teams of more than 100 people. This experience cemented her passion for leadership, team development, and organizational growth.

She is dedicated to building strong relationships and helping others achieve their goals, believing that people are the foundation of long-term success.

Outside of work, Dutson enjoys family time, outdoor activities, running half marathons, playing tennis, traveling, and cheering on the San Francisco 49ers.
