Protecting your privacy is fundamental to the way CAPTECH FINANCIAL, INC. and its subsidiaries and affiliates, as applicable (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”) conduct business. This Privacy Statement explains how we may collect, use and disclose your personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies when you access or use www.captechfinancial.com or any other website or application that links to or directly provides this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Sites”). The Sites are primarily intended to provide information about our business and facilitate communications with us. We do not provide, approve, document, close, service, or administer financial products or services directly through the Sites. Rather, any financial products or services we make available are provided through direct communications with us, including by email, telephone, mail, facsimile, or other agreed means, and through separately executed applications, agreements, schedules, authorizations, and other signed documentation. This Privacy Policy also describes your choices regarding certain information we collect about you.
